This qualification and accreditation of the plumber may be proven through a photo ID which also shows the expiration of the plumber's license. The license ID is also of help to the consumer in a manner of showing what area of plumbing the plumber is licensed to perform, this is shown at the back of the card. Three written and printed quotes must also be required by the consumer. The compliance certificate must also be given to the consumer for a plumbing task that requires it.
